Sample integration instructions for Weather Underground #118230

The sample instructions for "Configuring Weather Underground integration" https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/durable/durable-functions-monitor?tabs=csharp states that an API key can be obtained via the Stratu Developer plan. However, the WU https://www.wunderground.com/member states that a user must register a weather device to obtain an API key.

Is this integration a valid "free" option still? Should this example be replaced with another where a free API key can be obtained? If the WU integration is still valid, can you provide revised instructions on how to obtain an API key?

Sorry @godfathr but the Weather Underground API has been private for awhile but this tutorial hasn't been updated. @davidmrdavid can you find out what the Durable folks want to do about this example? Is there another API that can be used?
