AzureML-specific path examples

The example value for persistent_storage_path is a local /tmp path. As a result, the checkpoints saved are lost after training, and there is no point anymore to use nebula.

Can you please change the article and also give an example how checkpoints would be stored in a true persistent storage, and how checkpoint loading from this persistent storage would work?
