Prerequisite for CI/CD on Azure Synapse Analytics #118916

I am going through Microsoft learn documents on setting up CI/CD for Azure Synapse Analytics and in its prerequisite it appears that we need both GitHub and Azure DevOps Service license. Is it possible to use either one of these services to setup CI/CD pipeline on Azure Synapse Analytics to avoid onboarding timeline for new customer who may be new to AzDO service as well as GitHub? If so, can the document be updated with some information that refer to either AzDO service or GitHub? Because if I am new user and trying to quickly scan the page on prerequisite, it appears that I need to get onboarded to both services.

BTW, it is either Or situation. But some customers who are beginner DevOps users missed to carefully read this document, getting confused. Just want to ensure to improve the readability during quick glance.
