SE38 is showing as needed in SU53 #119200

Hello,

When implementing AMS, on the Netweaver provider, when it calls into the target SAP ABAP system for RFC gathered metrics, it seems to be requesting SE38 access via auth object S_TCODE. Why is SE38 needed? Can this be changed to use SA38 instead.
