Open AI poweshell default bersion and formart #119230

I build Powershell scrip that knows deploy Open AI module, the problem is with version, I don't want user will set the version because it can be changed, how can I set default version? As we creating it from GUI and there is defaults version

This code should be works for any type of module I deployed, user just insert the capacity and module name
