May I have the steps to prepare REHL 9.x please?

My customer would like to bring his own red hat image of version 9.3, he is preparing VHD on Hyper-v now. However, our document has 8.x and previous version of preparation steps, may I have the steps to prepare REHL 9.x please? Thanks!
