The page Migrate apps from Azure Functions version 1.x to version 4.x mentions in the host.json section the parameter enableLiveMetricsFilters: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/migrate-version-1-version-4?tabs=net8%2Cazure-cli%2Cwindows&pivots=programming-language-csharp#hostjson-file

I am missing a description for this parameter on the page that documents the host,json: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-host-json

I found the following issue that refers to this new parameter, but still I would expect it to be documented on the official page as well: https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-host/issues/8973
