I was trying to deploy in ukwest and received this message. Might be beneficial to highlight where the extension may be found. I don't see anything in Limitations that this wouldn't be possible in ukwest.

Extension is available in eastus2euap, westcentralus, northeurope, westus, eastasia, canadacentral, francecentral, eastus, southcentralus, southeastasia, uksouth, westus2, australiaeast, eastus2, westeurope, koreacentral, northcentralus, centralus, japaneast, westus3, chinaeast2, usgovvirginia, uaenorth, centralindia, brazilsouth.
