This tutorial has issues with modern Azure Security Policies ("Public network access should be disabled for PaaS services") #120118

While trying to follow the tutorial steps, I have bumped into "Public network access should be disabled for PaaS services" error, which seems to be a new security policy on Azure, configured to deny by default.

As described on ALZ Policies document.
