Clarify whether it's possible to inject trustedCa file into pod like http_proxy env vars

Hi,

It's written that http_proxy variable are injected with this mechanism inb every nodes, and pods, but there is nowhere mention that trustedCa is injected in pod (maybe only in node ? )

We have to use this solution to configure a Zscaler trustedCA in every pod transparently in order not to do this in any deployment manually.
