I had the AZ-104 exam yesterday and it appeared to match the azure portal whereas this document does not match the portal.
The question was.. how can a customer initiate failover to the secondary region on an RA-GRS storage account.
Highlight (Hot-area question type) which left-navigation section contains the manual-failover capability.
I reviewed this page which indicates that settings-geo-replication contains the map-view and failover initiation. However, in the azure portal. The settings section is not present for a storage account and instead we see that the map view is found in the Redundancy screen and "prepare to failover" action in the top sub-nav.

I would suggest reviewing the procedure and screenshots. And possibly if there are more than one failover document depending on the storage account then the parent page which I've linked above may need to be updated to provide that additional context.
