Error conect DataFactory (oracle conector) to Database Oracle 19c Cloud

I tried conect my pepeline Datafactory to Database 19c , and it get this message:

ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]ORA-12650: No common encryption or data integrity algorithm
