Add the required permissions of the NT Service\Microsoft Defender For SQL account #121413

Customer's see the XP_instance_regread stored procedure on the NT Service\Microsoft Defender For SQL service account but it's not mentioned in our public docs if this is required or what it does.

We should list all the necessary requirements for our customers.
