Multiple sender usernames

This page is linked to from Create multiple sender usernames, which says:

Sender usernames cannot be enabled for Azure Managed Domains or custom domains with default sending limits. For more information, see Service limits for Azure Communication Services.

But this service limits page doesn't mention anything about limiting the number of sender usernames.

(I actually only care about sender display names, not addresses, but it seems these concepts are linked?)
