Request to Update Documentation: Network isolation with Azure Machine Learning registries

Requesting to update the following document sections.

• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/how-to-registry-network-isolation?view=azureml-api-2&amp%3Btabs=existing&tabs=existing#limitations Recently, a change was made and is now generally available. Registry assets can now be accessed in private connection setups, provided that all necessary settings are in place.

• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/how-to-registry-network-isolation?view=azureml-api-2&tabs=existing#how-to-create-a-private-endpoint-for-the-azure-storage-account Kindly note that private links can only be provisioned in any other resource group such as the same Resource Group as the AML workspace or VNet. Provisioning private links in the Managed Resource Group is not permitted.

Please also add in the page the information that in order to perform data operations on the registry, it is necessary to provision private links on the registry's storage account.
