I am not sure why this is being closed. I've only received an email/update that the ticket has been closed.

Steps # 1 where instructing to go into the Cost Management + Billing section, there was no Subscriptions or Azure subscriptions options to click on.

The instructions may have been valid at one point, however, it would seem that the UI has been updated (moved around) since then. Thus, why i wrote my feedback.
