Wrong latencies all over the RTT table

Yesterday I opened https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/121887#issuecomment-2076362075

However, today i researched some more latencies and was surprised by the results (couldn't believe them...).

Just looking at the marked column (note that the others don't look any better from a first glimpse):

• Australia east should be reachable in 27ms while it takes 191 to reach East US 2
• France Central takes 243 and France South 121 (looking at the numbers in europe, they are 15ms apart - not sure those numbers are reliable however)
• Brazil South in 26ms but Canada East in 48?
• South Africa (not on the image) 22 ms?
• Switzerland NOrth 10 ms?
• West US 137, West US 2 219 and West US 3 in 49?

I won't lookup the vice-verca numbers, but would like to propse a complete rework of the table as it seems to contain many errors.
