I am running the latest version of VSCode, and I don't have an XML file association setting that I can add this to: "xml.fileAssociations": [ { "pattern": "**.xml", "systemId": "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Azure-Samples/active-directory-b2c-custom-policy-starterpack/master/TrustFrameworkPolicy_0.3.0.0.xsd" } ]

Your instructions seem to be out of date.

The troubleshooter should include something to tell someone how to fix a problem when MG Graph things you aren't sending an XML file, but you are. My XML is 100% valid. In fact, I downloaded it from the existing Policy.

Maybe a rewrite of this page to handle current issues?
