Add Node.js to "Configure your environment" section

In "Install or update Core Tools" section, The "Azure Functions: Install or Update Azure Functions Core Tools" command executes npm command internally to install Core Tools.

But if the user environment does not have npm, this command fails.

Recommend adding Node.js to "Configure your environment" section.
