MaxConcurrentCallsPerSession in Host.json sample - should show all values. #122147

I'm thinking the sample host.json here needs to be updated. MaxConcurrentCallsPerSession is not listed. I think it would reference this class? https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/blob/f57c9dc3efbc5549b554dd0cbb9263edcacca0ba/sdk/servicebus/Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.ServiceBus/src/Config/ServiceBusOptions.cs#L146
