How do I get the enrollmentAccountName if I do not have an Accounts page? #122157

I have to say, this is the hardest set of instructions to follow I have seen in quite a while! I am trying to follow the steps to Assign the subscription creator role to the service principal.

First off, can you explain with an example what is intended by the following statement?

Use your account credentials to sign in to the tenant with the enrollment access that you want to assign.

Is it saying that since I need to assign the subscription creator role, I myself need to log in using an account that has the subscription creator role?

Next and more importantly, I do not see an Accounts section on the Cost Management + Billing page? And if I do not, how do I get the enrollmentAccountName?

@LijuV-MSFT The article you've opened an issue against applies to Enterprise Agreements. Do you have an enterprise agreement? If not, most of the information in the article will make much sense. Since you appear to be a MSFT employee, it's probably best if you contact me by internal email: banders@microsoft.ocm

@LijuV-MSFT I see in email history you have a MCA account, so this article doesn't apply to you. Instead, https://learn.microsoft.com/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/programmatically-create-subscription-microsoft-customer-agreement is the article you want.
