Red Hat 8 and 9 missing in different areas

I am wondering why there is a lack of information regarding RHEL 8 in certain areas (such as VMWare) and RHEL 9 at all from this documentation. I having issues deploying using RHEL9 and was able to follow the documentation below and it worked successfully. If the documentation cannot be updated in a timely manner it may be good to at least link to the Red Hat documentation for each version.
