azure netapp files backup generally available #122193

Under BR1 it states "Feature notes: Though Azure Backup is not supported, a service-native backup solution is currently in public preview."

Azure NetApp Files [backup|https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-netapp-files/backup-introduction] is GA.
