Dds_v5 Max Cached Disk Throughput chart is missing

Dds_v5 disk throughput chart is missing the entire Cached disk performance throughput numbers.

Currently the chart is only showing values for "Max uncached disk throughput: IOPS/MBps" "Max burst uncached disk throughput: IOPS/MBps"

However, these VMs support Disk Caching but the performance values are not displayed in the performance chart.

These two values are missing VM Limit - Max Cached IOPS 308000 VM Limit - Max Cached MBps 2000

These values are already listed VM Limit - Uncached Disk IOPS 51200 VM Limit - Uncached Disk MBps 865
