Add limitation of using BYO Vnet for deploying Model catalog models

[Enter feedback here] Hi team, If it's limitation to use customer's own azure vnet to deploy model catalog models, please kindly add the limitation. It's causing lots of confusion by using 'recommend to use managed vnet'. Thanks.
