Please be aware that Jira 8 is now in active development and available via the Atlassian EAP. https://checkup.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/ Jira 7.12 is now available and 7.13 is in EAP.

@ausfestivus Thanks for the note. Yes, we are testing all the other versions also I am just prioritizing the ones which customer need first.

Despite of using JIRA 7.5 which is supported, we can't use the plugin because corresponding JIRA Service Desk 3.8 is not supported

@riabovil We have updated the doc and tested the JIRA plugin for JIRA 7.8 to 7.12 So if you are using the plugin for these versions then we formally support this. @Kilafer About the JIRA Service Desk versions we have observed an issue and team is still making changes in the plugin.

@ausfestivus There is a specific plugin for JIRA 5.2 versions and so we have published a different documents for it. You can use the same app in Azure AD app gallery but the plugin is different for that version. We have some customers who are using this specific version and they need solution for it.

@Kilafer Our new plugin does support the JIRA Service Desk 3.8.2 and 3.8.5 version. We have tested this on Linux and Windows OS.
