Add reminder that kubectl event is namespaced

I was trying the examples here... https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/cluster-autoscaler?tabs=azure-cli#retrieve-cluster-autoscaler-logs-and-status

and wondering why it wasn't working. Later I remembered that events are a namespaced thing.

Maybe in the examples you could add -A or a note to make it clearer
