I'm unable to follow through with the configuration for setting up MS Identify Provider

I'm unable to follow through with the configuration for setting up MS Identify Provider, the option for "Personal Microsoft Accounts only" no longer exists or doesn't exist for my tenant. Additionally if I configure it manually in the manifest and attempt to add those credentials I get errors such as "invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter 'redirect_uri' is not valid. The expected value is a URI which matches a redirect URI registered for this client application." and I am unable to change that for the "Microsoft" option under "Identity Providers"
