apc gateway availability

Hello, I'm trying to check out the apc gateway and see if we can integrate it into our Teams app that consume network performance and qod Camara APIs. Logged in with our corporate azure account but "apc gateway" is not available as service. Is it not available to public yet?

Currently APC is in limited preview, but we are working on opening the preview to public shortly.
