Add documentation for Microsoft Azure DNS configuration. "Add DNS records in popular domain registrars" does not include a link for Microsoft Azure DNS

Instructions for adding TXT and CNAME records using Microsoft Azure DNS would be helpful

Under CNAME the Other (General) link provides a guide for Windows based DNS servers. This is not a general guide.
