Billing #123174

You need to say more about billing. How do you get paid. Answer the questions our finance depts will ask us. They need to know if it satisfies corporate regulations and you do not help us. Oil some darned wheels man.

For example we are not allowed open ended pay as you go arrangements so will have to pay upfront
