Suggestion: "SecurityPatch" as a preview Node OS image channel require feature registration #123276

Add a notice or section regarding the "SecurityPatch" as a preview channel until it becomes GA, as in Portal interface there are a notice and preview tag:

az command to enable SecurityPatch channel for current subscription: az feature register --namespace "Microsoft.ContainerService" --name "NodeOsUpgradeChannelPreview"

This can probably be closed I think, looks like now GA. Can apply fine on a uksouth AKS Cluster
