Mixed managed virtual network and Azure virtual network information

However, the steps below are for an Azure virtual network and are inconsistent with the step described above.

As a rule of thumb, I think it's only supported for use in Azure virtual networks, not managed virtual networks, but please fix. Probably the link in the first image is incorrect, and the correct one is as follows?
