support for encryption at host for virtual machines seems contradictory

Hi

At the top of the article, it says:

Restrictions Supported for 4k sector size Ultra Disks and Premium SSD v2.

...a few lines down, it says:

Regional availability Encryption at host is available in all regions for all disk types.

I understood the latter to be correct - i.e. e.g. I have it enabled on a Standard SSD (VM build using Terraform), doesn't require Ultra Disks or Premium SSD v2.
