updates needed for Azure DevOps for CI/CD

Hi, could you please review this page? I am relatively new to Azure DevOps, but realized that this site is not very accurate anymore. Eg. when adding the server job, first the description itself is lacking some information, additionally this does not work anymore as in the instructions. Thanks!
