Documentation - Windows 10/11 supported for Network Watcher Agent #123963

Issue: Network Watcher Agent extension is supposed to be supported for operating system Windows 10/11, but it is not stated in the public documentation. When deploying Windows 10/11 Azure VMs, in the extension section, it is possible to install Network Watcher Agent extension without any error. Using certain features in network watcher toward Windows 10/11 VMs would automatically install network watcher agent extension (if doesn't exist before) as well.

Suggested Update: Update the documentation to include Windows 10/11 as the network watcher agent supported operating system.

This is also the ask/request from customer as well.
