Azure Portal shows additional options for "Retain forever" & "Retain as per policy

The new "Retain forever" & "Retain as per policy" options are only available on an immutable RSV

When will the options become available for RSVs that have immutability disabled?

As per #120897 we got told end of June 2024 but option is still not available
