Azure B2C local account KMSI is not keeping user signed in after closing the browser

I followed the instructions to enable KMSI.

When testing from website, I have checked remember me check box" when signing in. However, I close this window and reopens is and clicked on sign in, still it asking for the credentials to sign in.

I have followed the tutorial to enable KMSI and also updated the content definition.

Please provide some guidance in what may be wrong. Thanks you for your help.
