Disabling edge ca autorenewal - follow up to #123387 #124319

Hello,

I'm following up on issue: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/123387

I've removed the [edge_ca.auto_renew] section from the /etc/aziot/config.toml file, but when I apply the config, iotedge still says it intends to renew itself:

Am I missing anything else?
