@jordanmills Thanks for the feedback! We are currently investigating and will update you shortly.
@jordanmills - Can you please be more specific about what your issue is? If it is related to the changes with the Azure API and the new Operations Manager MP released for 2012 R2+ with the new OMS management pack to connect a new MG with your workspace or reconfigure an existing, this is called out in a note in the article under the prerequisites section with links to the MP for the specific version of OpsMgr.
That's not related, has nothing to do with workspaces. It's about connecting the OMS MP to a different azure cloud. If you use the MP described in that page, it connects you to the azure consumer cloud without presenting any kind of choice - which means it will never work with US government clients, german government clients, or (assuming it's available in the future) azure stack.
The updated MP is described and linked to at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-government/documentation-government-services-monitoringandmanagement#log-analytics (near the end of that section). It allows an operator to choose which cloud/environment to connect to as part of the connection process. Without that, attempts to connect to clouds that are not the generic commercial cloud fail, with a claim that the workspace does not exist.
You know, even a blurb about having to find an updated management pack, let alone linking to it in this doc, would have saved me several hours of troubleshooting this week.
