Basic A has been moved to "Previous Generation" VM sizes and is located here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/sizes-previous-gen
Lv2 has not yet released generally. When it does @joelpelley will update the documentation with all of the specs for that VM Family
Can we get B series added too?

The ACU rating for the B-series is empty along with vCore to pCore mapping.
Could we please have an update on the progress of this effort? Being unable to compare the rough performance of B-series to other options is frustrating and, in my case, is preventing deployment of this class of VM.
Edit: To clarify, I'm interested in the ACU values for the B-Series. None of the previously provided links include this information.

I don't see Aysha Keen's Github handle to CC correctly. The email version of this update didn't seem to notify either of them.
We don't publish B-Series ACU numbers because it is variable. It depends largely on whether calculations fit within the remaining CPU window, which is subject to timing of when the test is run.
We don't publish N-Series ACU numbers because they only represent the performance of the CPU, not the GPU, and anyone running on N-Series is generally going to be more interested in the GPU performance than the CPU performance.
Thanks @DavidBerg-MSFT When you say "remaining CPU window" do you mean while instance still has credits? If so, the ACU value would definitely have value to me if it were provided in context of the baseline compute. For example, baseline for B1s
being 10% of 100 ACU and, assuming sufficient credits, burstable up to 100 ACU.
In my particular case I'm trying to determine if, in the case of B1s
, I would be getting 10% of an A0
(50 ACU) or of an A1
(100 ACU). In one case this could be an upgrade and in the other would effectively make it useless for our purposes.

Yes. When a B VM has credits it's CPU performance should be comparable to a D-Series VM (~240). When it doesn't, it will be much less.

Only the V3 versions of VMs support nested virtualization

B-series does not support nested Virtualization.

I think this thread has run it's course. I'm going to close it for now. Please feel free to reopen this thread if needed, but opening a new issue might be better since this one has evolved so much.
Is this list still accurate? Can we please include all new machine types, including B series machines? https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-b-series-our-new-burstable-vm-size/
What about N Series as well?
