CloudBlockBlob Undefined, is null #18576

In the example given, after the function, you call $CloudBlockBlob.DownloadRangeToByteArray which isn't defined. If you actually run this code as given you get "You cannot call a method of a null-valued expression" because you never create the $CloudBlockBlob, except within the function...
