missing "management group configuration" page #18880

The steps in the "Install the agent using setup wizard" is not align with latest agent setup screen, missing "management group configuration" page.

@johnneycao - This article isn't intended on covering how to configure the agent with a System Center Operations Manager management group. That's covered in here in the doc library for Operations Manager - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/scom/manage-deploy-windows-agent-manually?view=sc-om-1807.
