Does Network Watcher is enabled by default when we make any VNET deployment within subscription? #24411

We are working on Hub-Spoke Model and so every subscription is having VNet deployed in it , and as per documentation the Network Watcher will be enabled by default in the Location of Vnet. But we have a lot subscription where network watcher is not enabled by default. Do we need to enable Network watcher on Vnet Location? or the documentaion is misleading?

@devanshujoshi This was a recent change, and existing VNETS will likely not have network watcher enabled. You can manually enable Network Watcher in These Regions.
