Can't sign in from the Custom Vision Home page #25292

https://customvision.ai/ did not recognize my Microsoft account. What is the privilege level to use this service? Where do we sign up to use it? Is it a subscription with a cost?

What does offline mean here? We are in office network and trying to access customvision.ai.

Unfortunately, the screenshot didn’t make it though to this thread.

The easiest thing to do may be to reach out to Azure support. Alternatively, you could ping the Cognitive Services support ticket generator: tickets@cognitive.uservoice.com
