@byatis Thanks for the feedback. We are investigating into the issue and will update you shortly.

Hi @byatis : Do you have an Azure subscription attached to the account you used to log into Custom Vision?

anrothMSFT commented 5 years ago

(the button will only appear if you have completed this prereq)

RohitMungi-MSFT commented 5 years ago

@anrothMSFT Thanks for your inputs. @byatis Could you please check if the correct subscription is attached to your custom vision login?

DClark-Landmark commented 5 years ago

I have the same problem, do I need specific permissions on the attached subscription? ... this is part of a Company subscription so I am not an admin

byatis commented 5 years ago

I might have had two different subscriptions. I solved this by creating this again, so it's not actually a solution but was enough for me. I don't have the original solution anymore so I can't check anymore. :(

I have the same problem. No move to azure button.

I have the same issue. No move to azure button. Only a sign up button but with that email address I have a valid pay as you go subscription in azure. screenshot_20190227-212917 screenshot_20190227-213028

@thefumigator @DClark-Landmark @byatis @byatis

Thanks to your reporting, we found and edge case where the Move to Azure button might not appear on limited trial projects. We've just deployed a fix. Please ping me if you're still unable to see it (after signing in and out again)

ericbrunner commented 5 years ago

@anrothMSFT Still the same. Please see the screenshot. It's the casee when the model was created in Personal Account and Azure Subscription is in another default directory with same email address.

@ericbrunner sorry to ask for the favor. can you contact us via the "contact us" link in the customvision.ai porta. This generates an email directly to me + the rest of the engineering team. This is unexpected. We might have a few more questions. Will report back to this thread what the outcome was.

ericbrunner commented 5 years ago

@anrothMSFT filed an initial request from the customvision portal

anrothMSFT commented 5 years ago

Outcome on this thread was Project Settings page vs overall Settings page. Please close.
