Are HB/HC supported on Windows? #32252

According to this doc entry they are:

However, there are no instructions on the deployment and configuration.

@lmiroslaw not sure I fully understand. The doc you provided is specifically for windows

Per per deployment, we are just stating these are the supported sizes
