@mwdjwan As I haven't got any response with a document link that you are referring to, so I will be closing this issue now.
We want to deploy this solution in an automated way. whilst this is easy to do with the ITSM component and join it to log anallytics the following steps aren't documented.
creating a new connection from ITSM to servicenow. there is NO documentation on how to accomplish this through automation.
need to trigger a "sync" from the ITSM solution. if this is not done then we are forced to wait for 15 minutes until we are able to choose ITSM as an endpoint in an action group. otherwise we receive a "something went wrong. Could not get connection details." error. triggering a sync cuts this time down to 3-5 minutes. we require the commands to accomplish this via API.
adding ITSM into an action group. again, there is NO documentation on how to accomplish this through automation.

this is 2019. we shouldn't be forced to do anything through a console.
