Are custom RHEL images automatically treated as Red Hat Cloud Access (BYOS/BYOL), or is there a way to create an On Demand (PAYG) custom image?

Hey @dcbrown16 - all RHEL custom images brought onto Azure will effectively be BYOS. Custom image will be billed just the base compute fee just like our BYOS images, and customers are expected to use their own source of updates. The purpose of the Azure RHUI is to provide updates to our PAYG VMs, so it is not intended for use with custom images/BYOS images.
