I've been following the portal method of retrieving a machine learning web service url and key through the portal, according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/machine-learning/studio/consume-web-services. However, I want to know if there was a way to do this programmatically like HTTTP requests or Powershell commands?
